Always responding to calls promptly, and very helpful when there is anything in question. She was readily available the entire selling process in a timely manner. For example, she arranged all the inspections for the same day, as well as got the necessary permits, copies of deed etc. all within a couple of days. She quickly communicated with both attorneys every time making the selling process a breeze. She also helped to keep the selling price close to what we had in mind in spite of an overabundance of comparable homes with lower price ranges.

Brenda took amazing photos and took great care in how our home was presented to potential buyers! We had an offer within 2 weeks of it being listed! We were thrilled! She guided us through the process of selling our home and recommend lawyers to movers! The best part was she found us an amazing deal on our dream home! As a new buyer I relied heavily on her expertise and I was not disappointed. Along the way there were a few issues in dealing with the townhome organization that pushed our closing date back and though I was frustrated Brenda always offered assuring advice and stayed on top of every detail. I am more than happy with the property we end up purchasing and I thank Brenda for her advice in recommending it. We had originally approached her with several listings that we were interested in, keeping our range of interest quite narrow. Brenda arranged prompt showings for each of those homes and offered a few more for us to see.... and it was one of her finds that ended up being our home!!

She was extremely helpful in finding me an apartment close to work. She knew the area I was looking to move to and had me looking at places sooner than I thought possible. If I had any questions, I felt extremely comfortable contacting her knowing I would get a quick and informative response. Once I made my final decision she was able to get me into my apartment at a great price for the area. Thanks to her I have an easy commute and a wonderful place to come home to. I have since moved to Pennsylvania, but if I ever decide to come back to New Jersey I'll be going to Brenda first.

She helped me sell my dad’s house after he passed away and gave me advice while I was renovating it. She was there almost every week, very involved and very supportive. Brenda constantly fed us information about the location way before we even got here. As soon as we got off the plane she had a list of places to look at that fit our needs (which were very difficult to meet). We had to have specific things, that were very hard to find, due to our handicapped daughter's needs AND our own pickiness, However, she was able to accurately gauge exactly what we needed and did not waste time with the ones that she knew were not "up our alley". She did NOT try to convince us to buy whatever house we happened to be looking at. Several times she was the one to say "you know... I don't think this would be good" or "I think this one is way over-priced". These are things that realtors won't say to you if they're just trying to get a commission. She also had to deal with our constant tardiness to appointments (taking care of a special needs child can do that). She never batted an eyelash about it. Brenda goes the extra mile to make sure you actually get the house you're looking for. We closed almost a month ago, and we love it. With her help, we were able to land the perfect house for us at an unbelievable price. BTW, it was a house that I would've scanned right past if it hadn't been for her. I have always been one to poosha realtors, but Brenda made me rethink all that. She earned every dime of her commission and made our (dreaded) house hunting experience an unexpected pleasure... and I am very hard to please. If you're looking for a GREAT realtor, then you can stop right here!
